Zoom Meditation with Peter Ryner
Spring RESTORING HARMONY THROUGH MEDITATION
During the remainder of April, Peter will explore the Navajo concept of Hozho or Harmony, and how meditation can assist in bringing one's life into better harmony, beauty and balance, in the broad Navajo sense.
Using Meditation to clear, refresh, restore or complete one's relationships with other people
Using Meditation to bring more beauty and harmony into one's relationship with the Earth, in both the Navajo sense of Hozho and the Zen Buddhist sense of mindfulness.
Using Meditation to refresh one's Sacred Journey; to clarify who and what you want to be; and to start the process of letting go of patterns of thought and action that are out of harmony with your heart.
Each of these topics deserves its own day-long workshop, but over the course of three one hour sessions: (April 16, April 23 and April 30), at 7pm Eastern standard time, participants will gain a sense of how each of us, through meditation, can bring more beauty, balance and sense of internal harmony into our lives.
Peter offers these meditations as part of his personal meditation practice, without a fee. However, these meditations are provided in affiliation with the Ways to Wellness Center in Windham, and donations to waystowellnesscenter.com would be greatly appreciated. Zoom Yoga sessions are also available through that site.
