Rebecca LaWind, owner of Ways to Wellness, is a licensed massage therapist since 1999 and certified Kripalu yoga teacher since 2004. She has a home bodywork office locally and in 2018 opened Ways to Wellness Center after Kathy closed Raindrop Yoga Studio. Her mission for this center is to offer sacred space and holistic services for community to breathe, feel, heal, thrive, and gather. Rebecca also offers youth yoga throughout the community and loves bringing people together to connect in a mindful, compassionate, nurturing way. Namaste.
